We had a wonderful stay at this place right on the Austrian border. The location is remote, with nothing attractive around, making it a perfect escape from the city hustle and bustle. The hotel offers enhanced comfort and quality services, with housekeeping maintaining our spacious and light-filled family room impeccably. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful garden, lounging on the sun loungers, and playing board games with our kids in the children's play area. The staff at the reception desk was extremely helpful and attentive, providing us with all the necessary information about allergens and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The on-site restaurant served exceptional breakfast with great coffee, and the special diet menus were a bonus for us. the service and amenities here provided us with a luxurious and relaxing experience.
Recommend this venue to everyone.

We had a memorable stay at this hotel with our large family group. The breakfast was exceptional, served in a beautiful garden with a pool and a children's playground. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was perfect for late-night conversations and self-service kiosk was a nice bonus.
Nothing, all excellent.

the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which allowed me to have a peaceful night's sleep. I also enjoyed the breakfast, it was delicious and plentiful. the garden and pool were amazing and well-maintained, it was a perfect spot for relaxing and for kids to play around. the staff was friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any enquiries and recommendations.
The hotel lacked a bar or lounge area, which made it difficult to socialize and relax in the evenings. the food at the restaurant was not up to my expectations.

The hotel's location in the middle of a forest provided a peaceful atmosphere. the room and bathroom were clean and spacious. the staff provided good service. the breakfast was fairly average and lacked variety. Despite that, the restaurant was enjoyable, and the garden was a nice touch. the hotel's remote location might appeal to those who prefer a more secluded getaway.
One of the bathrooms had mold.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest and close to the border with Austria, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The buffet breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of dishes, ensuring a great start to the day. the staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The hotel was located a bit further from the city center than we anticipated, making transportation to attractions a bit more challenging. , some of the amenities like the restaurant and bar lacked the ambiance and friendliness we were expecting, making it a less than pleasant experience.
